FISYN Fund · Meta Ads Teardown

What you're running now, and what we built to outperform it.

We pulled your 14 live ads from the Meta Ad Library on June 2, 2026. Here is a simple look at what is working, what we would change, and the new ads we built to bring in the investors you want.

IWhat's running now
Real numbers, but the product never shows up.

You have 14 ads running right now, and the numbers in them are real and good. The problem is that none of them shows the Texas land you actually buy and rezone, and there is no single clean piece that pulls it together. Here is how we read four of them.

Income · 12% Monthly
Income · 12% Monthly
What's working. Leading with 12% a year paid monthly and 20% of the gain is a strong, clear offer. That is exactly what income investors want to hear, and you say it right up front.
What we'd change. The picture is just land from a drone, so it does not show what the money actually does. None of the numbers are on the image either, so when the video starts on mute, the offer is gone.
Track Record · 29.25%
Track Record · 29.25%
What's working. This one has your best number, the 29.25% over 5 years, right on the image. That is the single most convincing thing you have, so it is good to see it big.
What we'd change. The big yellow box looks like a quick coupon, not a 40-year family fund. The careful investors you want will read it as a cheap trading ad and keep scrolling.
Annuity Angle · Wounded Deer
Annuity Angle · Wounded Deer
What's working. Talking to people who feel stuck in an annuity is a real pain point, and the offer to cover surrender charges is bold and specific.
What we'd change. It leans hard on fear and the "wounded deer" line, which can feel heavy. It also never shows the Texas land or the family, so it does not feel like the rest of your ads.
Strategy · Hands-Free
Strategy · Hands-Free
What's working. The checklist of 10% income, 20% upside, debt-free, and no stock market swings is easy to read and hits all your main points at once.
What we'd change. The video opens with a person, not the offer, so the best reasons to stop are buried in the caption. With 14 ads running, none of them shows the actual land you buy and rezone.

The pattern across all 14 ads

  • Your best number gets lost. The 29.25% over 5 years is your strongest proof, but with 14 ads running it is buried in the volume instead of standing out.
  • The product is never shown. Not one ad shows the actual Texas land you buy, rezone, and sell. That is the whole story, and it is missing from every image.
  • You lean hard on annuity fear. Several ads use the "wounded deer" angle. It can work, but it does not match the warm 40-year family story the rest of your brand is built on.
IIWhat we built
Four ads, each leading with a number you already use.

In your real colours, shot like real photos instead of plain drone clips. Each one leads with the headline so it reads before Meta cuts it off, and each is built to run next to the ads you have now.

12% paid monthly
12% paid monthly

Your best offer, big and clear, on a real photo instead of a plain drone shot.

29.25%, zero debt
29.25%, zero debt

Your strongest number, on a calm, on-brand frame that looks like a 40-year fund.

A family fund
A family fund

Puts the McVaney family story on the image, where it can actually stop the scroll.

Buy, rezone, sell
Buy, rezone, sell

Finally shows the product, the Texas land you buy and rezone, in one clean frame.

Run all four new ads against your investor audiences at a small daily budget, and keep your current ads on the whole time. In two weeks you will see which one lowers your cost per lead. Nothing here asks you to turn off an ad that is working.
